The DOUBTER
- Volume 1, Number 2
What if ...
- Families shared their mealtime blessing:
- Bless us, our family, and these, thy gifts of the earth, which we are about to
share, through the grace and hard work of many, in peace.
- Schools made a daily pledge:
- I pledge allegiance to my Inner Light, and to that still small voice for which
it stands: one world, many paths, with liberty and justice for all.
- Our money said:
- In each other we trust.
- Our courts became mediation centers, where clerks would remind the conflicting
parties, the mediators, and the clearness committee members:
- We are about to
share our truth, our whole truth, so help each other.
- At bedtime we said:
- Oh peace, who art in me, love be thy name. Thy grace will come, thy work is
done, in sleep, as it is in waking.
